Influential Brands' Top Employer Award goes to.... Klook!

Each time we clinch an award from esteemed organizations, we're enveloped in immense gratitude. It's a symbol of recognition, the booster shot that fuels our drive and motivates us to continuously push our boundaries.

Amongst the exciting happenings in the first quarter of 2024 (including our Project Love Story team of Klookers that helped out at the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Singapore), one event capped off March with a nice finishing touch.

As you can tell from the title, yes, we have been officially presented as the 2023/24 Top Employer under the Travel & Experiences category by Influential Brands!

In the words of Jorge Rodriguez, Managing Director of Influential Brands, the award is "given to exceptional companies with great company culture and strong employee engagement." We were "measured across Asia with strong results in the areas of engagement, freedom of opinions, growth, management support, meaningful work, organizational fit, peer relationship and strategy."

With over 1,700 employees across more than 20 locations globally now, we have become more intentional with employee engagement. "Ask For and Give Feedback" - that's one of the core beliefs that define PATH. We recognize that feedback isn't limited to bi-annual performance reviews; it's an ongoing process. Feedback can be exchanged at any time, but we also emphasize the importance of solicited feedback. We encourage our colleagues to seek feedback proactively, but also respect each other's boundaries considering the timing and occasion. Our goal is to support our colleagues in discovering their full potential through continuous growth, and feedback plays a crucial role in guiding them along this journey.
