What You Will Do:

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from different sources to understand trends and patterns in hotel bookings, customer interactions, and market dynamics.
Reporting: Create regular reports summarizing business, marketing, operational data, and competitive analysis to assist the team in understanding performance metrics and market position.
Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help optimize our marketing strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our competitive stance in the market.
Supply Competitiveness Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape, focusing on supply factors such as pricing, availability, and unique offerings of competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.


Requirements:

- This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates in business, computer science, or information processing who are eager to apply their analytical skills in a real-world setting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
