What you'll do?

• Drive commercial, service level, and operations performance for transportation globally, ranging from rail, bus, airport transfer, to all kinds of in-destination transportation.

• Strategy: Co-develop business strategies for the vertical, from supply to demand, from technology innovation to operational excellence.

• Program Management: support rolling out all kinds of programs globally to enhance business performance and increase team efficiency.

• Data Analysis: support day to day data operations and new business opportunity analysis

What you’ll need:
 

• Interested in start-up and travel products. Having business experiences related to Transportation (eg. rail, airport transfer, rideshare, taxi) is a plus

• Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent Chinese is a plus.

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones

• Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

• Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to distill insights with data from multiple sources
