What you'll do:

• Onboarding: Create and maintain high-quality product content for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base.
• Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, content, and booking flow, and maintain a market-leading position at all times.
• Account support: Provide day-to-day operational support to Klook's merchants including but not limited to product updates, settlement, and fixing booking issues to help them maximize sales potential via Klook.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by the managers

What you'll need:

• Work experience in OTA or the travel industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. Proficiency in English or Mandarin is a plus.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Global-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
