What you’ll do:

• Process all payments and expenditures, including but not limited payroll, purchase orders, and invoices

• Handle all payment inquiries, liaising internally and externally.

• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances; 

• Monitor and process urgent payment request before the specified deadline;

• Perform day-to-day accounting operation including journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliation;

• Handle the preparation of the month end closing procedures in a timely manner;

• Maintenance of proper filing and financial records;

• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for external reporting and audit purposes

• Assist tax team tax such as the collection of invoices, issuance of invoices as well as periodical tax filing

• Assist in system and process enhancements

• Any other task or project deemed necessary. 

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business;

• 1-2 years experiences. Regional experience is an advantage;

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google applications.

• Experience in Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and maturely with dedication;

• Commitment to quality and timely service delivery;

• Ability to be a team player and act professionally and ethically;

• Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones;

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
