What you will do:

• Collect and analyze data pertaining to different projects

• Research market trends and perform competitive analysis 

• Assist the team in ongoing operational work as well as building training materials

• Conduct primary research: usability study through customer interviews, surveys

• Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of feature, pricing, inventory, content, customer reviews, and maintain a market leading position at all times

• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor

What you will need:

• Fluency in English

• Fluency in Google products (Google sheets, slides)  strongly preferred 

• Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources

• Enthusiasm to work in a face-paced environment
