岗位职责：

1.大促活动落地执行：协助大促团队完成关键营销节点的活动执行，确保各环节按时高质量交付。

2.资源整合运营：统筹站内资源位（首焦/弹窗/频道页）与站外资源（KOL/社媒）的排期与效果跟踪。

3.营销页面搭建：主导活动专题页策划，协同设计/开发团队完成从原型图到上线全流程，持续优化页面转化率。

4.价格策略优化：监控竞品价格动态，结合历史销售数据提出调价建议，维护商品价格竞争力。

5.商品信息管理：优化商品主图/视频/详情页，提升用户购买体验。

6.跨部门协作：对接市场/客服/产品团队，推动活动期间优惠政策、流量承接、客诉处理、履约保障等全链路协同。

任职要求：

1.1-3年电商平台/OTA行业经验，有完整大促项目经历者优先。

2.学习能力强，能快速理解业务逻辑掌握必要工具使用技能。

3.注重细节把控，富有同理心，致力于提升用户体验。

4.具有团队协作精神，沟通能力强。

5.具备英文会议沟通及邮件撰写能力。
