What You’ll Do

• Affiliate On-boarding and Education: Responsible for supporting new affiliate partners (bloggers, Naver cafes, network agencies, etc.) and Kreators (social content creators) on-boarding process as well as their soft-landing into Klook’s ecosystem in order to create maximum synergy from new found partnerships. Introduce affiliates and Kreators to Klook’s admin system and provide required education and training on utilization of available self service systems.

• Affiliate Management Support: Support successful relationship management for Affiliates and Kreators by fostering strong business bonds in order to produce quality contents that maximize performance and contribution to the channel. 

• Promotion and Campaign Execution Support: Support creation and execution of Affiliate & Kreator campaigns and promotions to help acquire, engage, activate, convert, and retain partnership. Affiliate & Kreator product sponsorship management, content posting follow up, revenue tracking, commission payment, provision of timely responses to inquiries. 

• Ad Hoc Projects: Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager to contribute to Marketing Team’s initiatives.
   

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2~3 year of experience in account / affiliate management and KOL co-op experience.

• Prompt, organized, detail oriented, and able to adapt to fast paced working environment.

• Fluency in English and Korean.

• Customer first attitude, quality focused work ethics, eagerness to learn and improve, and openness to receiving and providing feedback.

• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.

• Interest and experience in an e-Commerce and / or travel industry.
