We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Designer, specializing in video editing, motion graphics, and static graphic design, to lead the evolution of our visual narrative for Western markets (US, UK, ANZ). This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's identity through compelling, video-first content. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing dynamic video narratives while ensuring our brand's aesthetic remains consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.

You'll work closely with marketing teams and other designers to craft visually stunning assets that resonate with diverse audiences. If you have a sophisticated design sensibility, expert-level video production skills, and a passion for elevating brand storytelling through motion, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact. 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end creation of high-impact video content, from concept and storyboarding to editing, color grading, and sound design, ensuring a polished final product.

  • Develop and execute a wide range of video assets, including brand campaigns, social-first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube), paid advertising spots, and compelling motion graphics.

  • Create static visual assets such as digital banners, out-of-home advertising, and social media graphics, ensuring a cohesive visual language across both motion and static designs.

  • Work closely with and report to the Design Manager for creative approvals and strategic alignment on all key projects.

  • Champion and evolve our brand's motion design guidelines, setting the standard for video excellence and consistency across the organization.

  • Actively research and integrate cutting-edge AI tools and technologies into the video production workflow to enhance efficiency, creativity, and overall visual impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing strategists, product managers, and creative teams across the globe, and provide mentorship to junior designers on video and motion design principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a creative design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing and motion graphics.

  • A polished portfolio of selected works showcasing your skillset throughout various projects (e.g., brand campaigns, social media, advertising).

  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator are also required.

  • Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into the video production workflow (e.g., Runway, Mid Journey) for tasks such as asset generation, editing assistance, and visual effects.

  • Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and powerful visual stories.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A high degree of autonomy and a proactive, innovative mindset.

  • Experience working on creatives intended for western market audiences preferred.

Your portfolio must be submitted with your application that demonstrates:

  • Mastery of video and design storytelling, from concept to final execution across various platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency in professional video editing, motion graphics and graphic design tools.

  • Practical Application of AI: Clear examples or a case study showing how you use AI tools (e.g., for asset generation, workflow automation, or VFX) to elevate your creative output.
