岗位职责：

1. 负责国内当地玩乐供应商的产品上架和运营工作，包括日游/在地体验等资源，挖掘供应商特色体验项目整合上线，满足海内外用户个性化需求。

2. 市场分析和战略执行方面，能长期监测区域市场动态和竞对态势，制定供应商拓展计划，通过数据分析优化产品策略，提升用户支付转化率，达成业务目标。

3. 与供应商维护长期稳定的合作关系，处理和推动产品上线。

4. 协调市场营销资源，推动产品在各市场部门的营销推广，提升产品销量和用户满意度。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上旅游行业商务拓展或产品运营经验，熟悉国内日游资源者优先。

2. 对中国旅游市场有深入了解，熟悉旅游产品供应链和运营模式；具备敏锐的数据洞察能力和商务敏感度，熟练使用Excel，PPT等工具。

3. 热爱旅游行业，思维活跃，对用户体验有深刻洞察。抗压能力强，具备团队协作精神，以结果为导向。

4. 该岗位注重国内日游资源整合重塑以匹配海内外市场，适合渴望在旅游创新领域快速成长的候选人。依托公司成熟的供应链和客群基础，你将直接参与塑造入境&本地日游行业的新标杆。
