Founded in 2014 by 3 avid travelers, Ethan Lin, Eric Gnock Fah and Bernie Xiong, Klook inspires and enables more moments of joy for travelers with over half a million curated quality experiences ranging from the biggest attractions to paragliding adventures, iconic museums to rich cultural tours, and other convenient local travel services across 2,700 destinations around the world.

We're looking for a strategic and agile Marketing Manager (Campaign) to fuel product growth and inspire exploration in the Taiwan market. In this role, you'll partner closely with vertical, business development, and marketing teams to drive measurable impact and accelerate growth.

What You'll Do
Drive Product Marketing Strategy
Identify high-impact opportunities and lead product marketing initiatives that grow market share and revenue. Build tailored product-channel mixes to reach the right audience at the right time.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align teams across business and marketing functions — without direct authority — by delivering clear information, actionable insights, and timely solutions to ensure efficient, effective campaign execution.
Leverage Data to Optimize in Real Time
Translate data and on-the-ground insights into action plans. Continuously test, iterate, and refine strategies to maximize results.
Lead with Purpose. Work as One
Lead ad-hoc initiatives to support key business goals in the Taiwan market.
What You'll Need:
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in growth marketing, preferably within eCommerce, OTA, or Internet-based industries.
Proven ability to deliver measurable business growth through data-backed marketing strategies.
A growth mindset. You're resourceful, adaptable, and not afraid to experiment and pivot quickly.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
