What you’ll do:

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners by proactively identifying their business needs and aligning them with targeted promotional strategies. Develop long-term strategic plans and provide training and support to drive partner engagement in key campaigns, with the goal of maximizing revenue potential and overall sales performance

• Optimization: Drive market competitiveness by securing high-quality and optimized inventory. Leverage a deep understanding of hotel rate structures to identify and resolve key barriers to obtaining the right rates, availability, and exclusive offers to support strategic campaigns.  Enhance traveler satisfaction, and strengthen our market-leading position.

• Acquisition: Identify and onboard a diverse range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high-tier properties, ensuring alignment with market demand and seamless integration of hotel offerings.

• Cross function coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company -marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk

• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights and identify new business opportunities.

What you’ll need :

• Remote work based in Phuket.

• At least 3 years of experience in OTA, ecommerce, tech startup, strategy consulting, business analytics, category or brand management, and product management. 

• Strong commercial sense. Operational excellence mind-set and data driven

• Excellent communications skills and strong numerical and data analysis skills.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills. Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Being agile and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast-paced environment

• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds

• Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment
