If you’re here, you’re probably interested in joining us on a journey to create more moments of joy. Which is awesome! Thank you for taking the time to learn who we are and what we stand for. We think job interviews tend to be a lot more stressful than they should be so we put this guide together to help you feel confident. We can’t wait to get to know you!
The interviewing process might look a bit different depending on the role but here are the main stages you can expect along the way.
The first step is a short call with a recruiter to get to know each other better. At this point, we're interested to learn about your personal values and motivation so we can make sure Klook is the right place for you.
Depending on the role, you might be asked to fill out an online test, prepare a presentation or complete another form of assessment exercise. This may come before or after the interview with your hiring manager
The hiring manager will invite you for a video call or an on-site meeting (depending on the situation) to evaluate your interest in the role and relevant skills.
Stakeholders and your potential team mates will learn more about you during a series of video or on-site interviews. This is also a chance for you to learn more about working at Klook.
Congratulations, you are officially a Klooker! Determine the start date with your recruiter and our HR team will be in touch about your onboarding process shortly.
Your mindset is just as important as your skills and experience. We are curious how you solve problems and what you learned from the mistakes you made along the way (you can be honest about making mistakes here, they’re the best learning opportunities!). During your interview, we want to see if your personal values align with the culture at Klook. And what is that culture, you ask? It’s simple, we believe Klook is a great place to work when everyone practices these four values: Push Boundaries, Ask For and Give Feedback, Take Ownership and Help Each Other (PATH in short).
