岗位职责

• 负责Klook产品中不同业务线的用户研究工作；
• 负责搭建用户研究团队；
• 独立完成用研项目，包括需求分析、研究目的和内容的提炼、方法设计、数据分析和报告撰写；
• 研究内容包括但不限于：用户理解、用户行为和态度研究、内容研究、可用性测试、喜好度和满意度研究等；
• 通过对行业、用户体验等进行研究分析，提供专业严谨有深度的结论为产品决策、市场规划等提供价值建议；
• 在业务团队内部推动用研意识及方法的普及。

任职资格：

• 4-6年 用户/市场研究工作经验，英文作为工作语言，请务必提供作品集。
• 专业知识扎实，熟悉各种用研工具和方法，并具有丰富的项目经验。有主导开展中/大型研究项目（跨团队/多方法/多人）的成功案例者优先。
• 研究范围包括：基础研究：包含用户画像及生活方式研究、用户需求洞察、旅行设计体验趋势研究等；产品研究：产品的购买及使用全流程研究，包括购买决策、新功能可用性测试；用户体验：NPS研究、体验指标体系搭建、用户体验地图等
• 较强的沟通能力，能够横跨产品，设计，运营，市场多种角色间沟通推进项目
• 熟练的中/英文书写与沟通能力。
• 具备管理经验或意愿者优先

加分项：

• 有海外产品/电商/旅行/生活O2O/相关产品设计经验者；
• 有在台湾/香港/韩国/东南亚学习或工作的经验
• 母语是英语/粤语
