What you'll do

  • Own the partnership strategy to cultivate strong relationships with various industry partners that can support the team's product pipeline and initiatives

  • Own and manage relationships with B2C and B2B partners in Korea; research, identify and prioritize partnership opportunities; implement and execute partnership campaigns; and report partnership marketing results

  • Develop key strategies/ campaigns for partners and affiliates based on user behavior, industry insights, product line up, and potential impact

  • Secure promotional deals and sponsorships with partners to support marketing efforts

  • Develop forecasts, evaluate appropriate budgets, and track results of campaigns

  • Support work at both the planning level by developing innovative ideas for hypergrowth and at the tactical level by managing partnership campaign execution, maintaining key accounts, building new relationships, and analyzing insights

  • Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high impact partnership projects

  • Be the key external representative of the team, stepping in where needed to manage conversations during partnership campaign launching and further optimization 


 

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree + 

  • Min 7-8+ years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships and affiliates experience with proven track record, experience in ecommerce or travel industry is a bonus

  • Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale partnership, affiliate marketing and B2B programs

  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders across all levels, including senior managements, to build high trust and gain commitment

  • Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to develop campaign and analyze the result 

  • Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
