What You'll Do

• Work closely with the product team to deeply understand the products and business, and ensure the efficient implementation of business requirements
• Responsible for solving various problems, core code writing, participating in precipitation of technology and business product platform and components.
• Responsible for promoting the implementation of excellent software engineering methods, processes and specifications in the team.
• Responsible for team talent training and technical atmosphere improvement, disseminating excellent experience and methodology inside and outside the company, and creating a technical atmosphere for pursuing excellence.
• Participate in project module outline design, coding implementation, system integration, optimize program performance, ensure the safety and stability of the development module.
   

What You'll Need

• Bachelor degree or above in computer or related majors
• More than 4 years working experience in Internet development architecture design
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese for liaison with regional stakeholders
• Have a deep understanding of microservice architecture, high performance and low cost background architecture, and have strong technical planning and implementation ability
• Have a deep technical foundation and broad technical vision
• Strong self driving force, strong sense of career and responsibility, result oriented, good coordination and promotion ability and pressure resistance ability

• 针对KLOOK各产品线的需求，和产品团队密切配合，深入理解产品和业务，保证业务需求的高效落地

• 解决各种疑难杂症、核心代码编写、参与技术与业务产品平台和组件的沉淀

• 推动优秀的软件工程方法、流程和规范在团队落地

• 团队人才培养和技术氛围提升，传播公司内外优秀经验和方法论，创造追求卓越的技术氛围

• 参与项目的模块概要设计、编码实现、系统整合，优化程序性能，确保开发模块安全与稳定。

岗位要求：

• 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历。

• 4年以上互联网开发架构设计工作经验。

• 对微服务架构、高性能低成本的后台架构有深入了解，有较强的技术规划和实现能力。

• 在某一技术领域内有较为深入的研究，具有深厚的技术功底和广阔的技术视野。

• 自我驱动力强，有强烈的事业心和责任感，结果导向，具备良好的协调推动能力和抗压能力。
