Senior Associate / Associate Manager, Business Development (Experiences vertical)

What you’ll do:

• You will report to Experiences Lead base in Singapore
• Manage, acquire and expand relationships with top key partners and identify opportunities to collaborate for further business developments
• Develop marketing and acquisition strategies and plans for top brands in Singapore to grow the brands and enhance the partnership to benefit both sides
• Develop trusted relationships with our key partners and acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Support on negotiating terms of co-funded deals and media and reporting results which meet expectations of Klook Attractions & Tours business, business partners and customers
• Develop cross-functional strategies to elevate business opportunities and verticals
• Perform monthly business reviews on key accounts to monitor performance
• Present account plans based upon data driven insights to establish revenue goals and business plans that advance the accounts’ performance while also working on new initiatives

What you’ll need:

• 3-5 years of experience within an Account Management / Sales role, preferably from travel & tourism industry
• Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
• Strong networking skills and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, highly driven, self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
• Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Highly organised and plans and prioritizes work effectively
• Strong analytical skill set with a high degree of comfort in connecting the dots between marketing spend and business results
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
