What you will do? 

• Assist senior operation manager on promotion and user growth projects; 

• Monitor platform promotion traffic metrics, work with marketing teams to implement platform-wide campaigns, including create, edit and manage different promotion programs launched centrally; 

• Monitor the performance of platform-incentified user programs such as value pack, create and manage the value pack products, continue expand its applications across platform and facilitate product team to improve the functions; 

• Conduct competitor and industry research and analysis; 

• Work with CEG department to effectively handle customer inquires for platform promotion and user programs
   

What you’ll need?

• Bachelor's degree or above;

• Experience in promotion or user operation in eCommerce / OTA / environment is a plus;

• Solid project timeline management and execution skills; 

• Able to process data and convert data into actionable insights, familiar with data analytic tools, at least excel data processing; 

• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively on plan and deliverables;

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment;

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones.
