What you’ll do?
Engage various internal and external stakeholders to support cross-functional projects to optimise service delivery and operational processes
Involve in process optimisation within 24/7 CEG Operations team (e.g. Customer Contact Centre and Booking Fulfilment Team)
Support the design and implement review and improvement initiatives on the booking process
Work with BD teams to redesign merchant onboarding and merchant operational processes such as contracts, settlements, content editing, data reporting etc
Design metrics to monitor and improve the service delivery.
