About the team

Sales and Business Development are a group of explorers, always looking for your next favorite adventure. We work with businesses on the ground to find new experiences for our users, negotiate exclusive deals and unleash our merchant partner’s full potential through account management. 


Food & Dining / F&B helps Klook users find the best eats and enjoy exclusive menus at great value. The team secures a wide array of restaurant offers for travelers and locals alike. 
 

What you'll do

  • Manage a large group of key account F&B merchants and maintain long-lasting relationships with these merchants

  • Engage F&B merchants by negotiating competitive deals on a regular basis for campaign and marketing purpose

  • Responsible for revenue-generating tasks and aggressive in reaching given OKR targets

  • Work closely with operation, marketing, and campaign teams to execute promotional campaigns

  • Provide adequate and timely support for F&B merchants

  • Optimize merchant performances including sessions, revenue, and conversion rates

  • Conduct market research and client performance report that helps F&B merchant improve its business

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Major in business administration, management, hospitality, or marketing preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management and e-commerce field. Hotel / restaurants / food industry experience is a plus

  • Comfortable with collaboration with external entities and internal cross-function teams

  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in excel, spreadsheets

  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Mandarin

  • Strong communication skills and good at maintaining customer relationships

  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality

  • Adaptive in fast-changing environment and always strive to seek perfection

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background

  • Start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ‘roll-up-your sleeves’ attitude
