What You’ll Do
- Operational Excellence: Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and automation where possible.
- Operational Scalability: Manage non-automated tasks and track key business metrics to summarize the optimization of the user flow and admin system.
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive platform performance at scale.
- Product & Technology: Monitor feature usage and collaborate with local teams to improve performance.
- Data Analysis: Build and track performance metrics for both product and operations.
What You Need
- Proven data tracking and analysis records in previous projects.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Eager to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels.
- Strong business judgment, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach.
