We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our People & Culture team as a HR & Office Manager in our Bangkok Office. The individual is directly responsible for all touch points of the employee life cycle and office management matters.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with leaders to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management, employee productivity recruitment and selection, and employee relations
  • Coach managers and employees to be consistent with policies/practices, legal considerations
  • Implement and execute employee relations programs/practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness. 
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources programs relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes and the overall business plans
  • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan designed to institutionalize the continuous improvement of the business’ talent pool 
  • Support Rewards team with the coordination and management of benefits plans
  • Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues ;employee concerns and/or grievances
  • Proactively deal with service providers, suppliers and contractors for office and equipment maintenance 
  • Manage and allocate funds for office operations and staff engagement
  • Ensure workplace health & safety to prevent health hazard
  • Organize company events, conferences and business trip bookings
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Administration, Human Resource
  • At least 5 years' experience in a HR generalist and office management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently
  • Well versed in Thailand labour law and regulation, stay current on changes in laws and regulations
  • Proficient in both Business level English and Thai
