What you’ll do

The UX writer will deliver English UX copy for new product features in a fast turnaround time, and optimize existing wordings. Your focus should be on product design for local markets.

The role sits within the Design team but you’ll work closely with a number of teams such as Branding, Localization and Customer Support to name a few.

Whatever the challenge, the UX writer needs to:

• Write clear, helpful and concise user-interface text

• Work closely with product managers and localization teams, align UX copy with best practices for internationalization, and be the point of contact between different stakeholders. (You’ll need to persuade stakeholders and adapt to their feedback, too)

• Be the go-to person for user experience writing and suggest ways to improve existing processes

• Support in the maintenance and documentation of our evolving content, brand, and voice/tone standards

• Effectively balance multiple projects and deadlines

What you’ll need

• Native-level proficiency in English

• Working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

• At least 2 years of experience in online and media copywriting

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

• Fully vaccinated from COVID-19
