What you’ll do

  • Ongoing operations

    • Achieve operational excellence by providing account management, fulfillment, troubleshooting services to partners to alliance partners

    • Handle product or service enquiries and complaints from alliance partners, expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution

    • Work closely with Finance to ensure all partner accounts and payments are invoiced accurately and settled on time

    • Monitor and report on partner and competitor pricing

  • Periodic analysis, based on assigned portfolio:

    • Periodically monitor and report on partner performance to stakeholders and identify opportunities for optimisation

    • Perform root-cause analysis on product and account performance

  • Strategic products promotion

    • Promote and organise distribution of strategic products to partners

    • Coordinate efforts with internal teams to consolidate bulk purchase and bring to completion

  • Competitor analysis/sourcing

    • Monitor competitors to identify significant price changes or promotion and evaluate relevant business impact

What you’ll need

  • 1-3 years work experience ideally in Travel/OTA/e-commerce is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Mandarin (verbal and written) is an added advantage

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must

  • Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills

  • Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
