What you’ll do:

• Drive key business initiatives including but not limited to the roll-out and maintenance of Klook’s merchant digital solutions for Attractions and Activities

• Work with cross-functional teams, namely Supply Innovation, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to drive key initiatives

• Acquisition: Pitch to key Attractions and Activities to adapt Klook’s merchant digital solutions. Support onboarding of products and coordinate with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams

• Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential. Communicate digitalization’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers, and create merchant success plans for long-term sustainable partnership. Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers on specific processes and tools

• Coordination: Collaborate with various functions in the company globally - supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimise risk. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast-paced environment

• Provide insights for Supply Innovation to plan the Go-To-Market strategy for acquisition/sourcing and merchant digital solutions

• Track key business metrics and implement mechanisms to monitor and take action by identifying the key issues

• Provide support to all aspects of the vertical development plan including but not limited to pricing and positioning

What you’ll need:

• 3-5 years of work experience with 2 year/s of destination management or OTA supply experience. High familiarity with travel products, experience with transportation are preferred but not mandatory

• Language: English speaking is a must for global cross-functional collaboration

• Understand the virtues of aggressive results through a graceful approach

• Successful track record in acquisition and partnership management

• Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills.

• Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred
