What you’ll do

• Manage and lead global IT team in multiple locations 

• Be the subject matter expert to the global IT system, infrastructure, and business application

• Enhance overall quality of IT services and deploy day-to-day tech projects

• Manage and develop key relationships with management, internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Determine operational objectives, plan and prioritize resources 

• Identify delivery metrics and establish strategic business needs

• Responsible for managing budget to capture core business requirements

• Lead efforts to improve the global IT management efficiency and transparency, quality and cost to scale the growth of the company

• Measure, review, and evaluate processes and technological solutions to make informed business decisions

• Explore new technologies, be able to grasp latest industry and market trends

What you’ll need

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of solid IT experience, with at least 4 years as manager

• Expertise in data center and cloud environment management

• Familiar with corporate networking architecture and equipment, understanding of VPN and other networking technologies

• Expert knowledge of G-Suite applications, and experience with a wide range of systems (Zoom, Slack, Office 365, Oracle, AWS), on Mac/Windows/iOS/Android environments

• Good knowledge on ERP systems, cyber security threats, system development processes, IT general controls and infrastructure

• Strong in stakeholder and vendor management 

• Proven experience in project management lifecycle is a plus

• Interest and ability to keep learning new technologies

• Good command in English and Mandarin

• Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent team management and coaching skills; Ability to manage remote teams effectively

• A start-up attitude and globally-minded – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
