We are looking for a dynamic leader to design and drive Klook’s SEO strategy, across all markets globally as well as all verticals, existing and new. This role will own concrete traffic and revenue targets and contribute meaningfully to the business. They will structure and mentor a growing in-house SEO team, liaise with senior stakeholders, and be the top advocate for this very important channel. 

What you’ll do

• Lead - Define the vision for Organic Search at Klook with clearly prioritized strategies and realistic roadmap to get there.

• Innovate - Push the boundaries of traditional SEO best-practices and leverage modern tools and capabilities to differentiate Klook from the rest

• Grow - Build out your own in-house SEO team. Mentor and guide them to not only execute on your vision but also put them on a path to fulfill their career ambitions.

• Collaborate - Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated dev team to make technical and on-page improvements, communicate the progress to the greater business, and evangelize SEO as a critical channel for Klook.

• And most importantly - Deliver.  

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of experience in SEO with at least 3 years in team leadership roles.

• Deep technical expertise in the web stack and SEO tooling

• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and knowledge sharing

• Data-driven mindset, hands-on with analytics, along with a clear understanding of how to distinguish causation from correlation.

• Enjoys working with and mentoring direct reports - providing guidance, pushing them to excel, and shielding them from distractions.

Good to have

• Prior experience in travel or eCommerce

• Regional and Global exposure on ASO is a plus

• Inherently curious and love to tinker, unafraid to challenge the status quo

• Resilience and a sense of humor
