Assistant Campaign Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager (German speaking)

We are looking for an exceptional Campaign Assistant Manager to create attention grabbing marketing campaigns across EU/USA and drive exponential growth in user numbers, to develop market share and to attract and retain the right customers who stay with the brand for many years.

What you’ll do

• Support, plan, execute and deliver branded campaigns over a variety of traditional and new channels, that contribute positively toward the regional revenue targets
• Think creatively: identify with Klook’s target market in UK, Europe and USA and how to reach them in the most engaging but also cost-efficient way
• Be brave: Iterate frequently and test quickly, get new ideas out of the door fast to see what works
• Be KPI focused: use multiple metrics to assess the real value of campaigns (e.g. traffic uplift, direct response, registrations, returning users, life-time-value)
• Be the advocate for the German market and deliver frequent insight on the consumers, market and trends
• Use customer insights and seasonal patterns from internal data sources and external tools (i.e. Google Trends, industry reports and statistics)
• Manage most campaigns internally but also identify the need to contract with agencies for larger scale activities and coordinate the process, from brief to execution
• Collaborate with co-workers abroad to ensure the local approach aligns with the overarching global branding strategy
• Monitor trends within the priority in-destination services sector and stay up-to-date on the latest marketing techniques and practices

What you’ll need

• Fluent in both spoken and written German
• In depth knowledge of the German market, population, culture and trends
• Significant experience in a similar role B2C role
• Eccomerce experience is a plus
• Degree in Business / Commerce with a focus on Marketing (advantageous)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with co-workers and externals
• Confidence - open to trialing traditional and new marketing opportunities
• Self starter: High energy, get things done attitude wearing multiple talent hats if needed
• Willingness to test, test, test and be very hands on
• Flexibility and adaptability - things are fresh, so you can expect some teething time in the beginning
• Have an eye on the big picture at all times; growth and building brand awareness is a major focus point
• Experience in mobile app traffic acquisition a plus
