What you’ll do 

  • Source new partners and products, clearly delivering the Klook brand value to business partners to ensure we have the best offering in the market

  • Develop and grow mutually beneficial business relationships with partners within your remit

  • Drive revenue via the Klook platform by ensuring the right products are acquired and optimized for our global customer base

  • Work closely with our marketing, content and product teams to grow the overall performance of your product mix

  • Identify market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business strategies

  • Successfully deliver on product portfolio and sales targets, as well as other strategic KPIs

  • Support market leaders to identify market trends and provide market and competitor updates through on-going research and feedback.

What you’ll need 

  • At least 6 - 7 years of work experience with 2 years destination management or OTA supply experience. High familiarity with travel products, experience with attractions, activities, tours and transportation preferred. 

  • Comfortable with change, we’re growing and want you to grow with us

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently

  • Strong commercial sense, as well as solid analytical, written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality

  • Comfortable in uncertainty and ambiguity

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones

  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Japanese
