What you’ll do?

• To be the Central Gatekeeper of Marketing Efficiency - support the global marketing budgeting planning and review process (monthly and yearly), evaluate the performance of key markets and marketing channels, and ensure overall marketing efficiency is achieved vs company targets

• To be the Central Support for Marketing Operations - handle the central coordination for global marketing teams on standard marketing processes (e.g. system access, discount code review)

• Support other team members on Global Initiatives - provide support to other Demand Planning team members on global initiatives (e.g. business projects list e-Gift Cards, buy-now-pay-later, cross border recovery).

• Knowledge Management and Effective Communications - Become the centralized POC in Demand BU to ensure information and best practices are well shared across the teams (e.g. develop sharing culture, maintaining marketing intranet, organizing regular business / all hands meetings / newsletters
   

What you’ll need?

• 1-2 years experience preferably in industries like tech startups / ecommerce

• Strong execution, with roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to deliver results

• Strong analytical skills.  Excel proficiency is highly preferred.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. 

• Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environments

• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, not afraid to work independently when required

• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones

• Bachelor's degree or above
